Aaviah is the inspiration behind Aaviah People’s Network Company, a core Recruitments and Search focused entity. She has diverse experience of over 20 years in Corporate & Regional Leadership roles, leading teams in global, multi-cultural environments.

Aaviah is an expert in managing CXO, Top Level and Leadership positions, has steered several large projects on reorganization of Management Teams across geographies, and has driven HR functions across Asia, Africa and Australia. Few sectors handled by her include Consumer Durables, R&D, Appliances, Industrial, Engineering, Automobiles, FMCG, Process, and more.
