Our Campus Connect programs employ APNC Rated to conduct assessment of Behavioral and Employability Dimensions in graduating students, and students assessed are eligible to participate in recruitment programs offered by APNC for a period of one year.

Aaviah is trained on CBI – Competency Based Interviewing Skills and the STAR Technique from Athens, Greece, and is an avid practitioner of these techniques for over 15 years now. She has interviewed people across continents, industries, age groups and experience levels.
- The Assessment Questionnaire is built on CBI and the STAR Technique; in the right hands, the technique offers very effective results in making correct people selection decisions.
- APNC Rated offers a Universal character, as the behavior / personality traits and values it evaluates are ‘Universal’
- APNC Rated has a simple user interface with 37 questions, the respondent is given 30 minutes to complete the assessment questionnaire.
- There is no right or wrong answer; the respondent’s preferred behavior guides his responses to situations presented in the questions.
