Our Mentors represent world-class manufacturing ecosystems at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.
Industry Mentors’ Club Members share their vision and accumulated experience, and have agreed to actively participate in programs of high industry impact. The youth is benefited with information on career pathways and progression opportunities within the Company and/or the industry; the Mentors’ Company benefits from a ‘qualified’ pool of interns and potential employees.
Activities Of Industry Mentors' Club
- Conduct regular Employment Ready Program sessions at college campuses
- Create opportunities to share knowledge, experience and career journeys with students; convey industry insights and developments
- Offer campus placements / internships / training
- Engage students in exploratory activities
- Build engaging conversations that increase a student’s understanding of the demands of various career options, workplace culture and job market
- Provide students with an opportunity to visit and shadow their Mentors
